Refund Policy
We are sure that you will be happy when you receive the products you buy from Saberio. However if you are not completely happy with your purchase then you have 14 days to return it (in its original condition and packaging) for a refund or exchange.Products that have been made to order are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they have arrived damaged or broken.Refunds include the original cost of delivery and payment charges but unless an item arrived damaged or broken, you will be responsible for the return delivery cost. Products are your responsibility until they reach the artisan again so please ask for proof of postage.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item please log into your Customer Account and ask for a return from there. Choose the order or products you want to return and specify the reason for the return so we can arrange for you to send the products directly back to the artisan.Please note: Saberio does not guarantee any products for sale on the site and is not responsible or liable for their condition.
