Artisans have the responsibility for the packaging and delivery of products directly to customers. This means that when you order products from more than one maker, these packages will arrive separately.
Product delivery times may vary by product so please take note of the individual estimated delivery times for the products you order. Makers aim to dispatch products that are in stock within 2-5 working days. Products that are made to order can take up to 3 weeks. You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.
After you receive the dispatch notification, you should receive your order within 2 working days if you and the artisan are in the same country. For deliveries outside the artisan’s home country, it can take up to 1 week.
Artisans are responsible for the shipping of the products and they know how to pack their items so that they arrive safely but if an item does arrive damaged please take a photo of it and get in touch to arrange a refund or replacement.
All the items you purchase on saberio.com are sent to you directly from the artisans studio or workshop. Saberio has no direct involvement in producing, packaging or posting of the products.
Delivery costs to Europe are included in the prices shown on individual product. Unless indicated otherwise costs shown are for delivery inside the European Union. Some artisans offer delivery outside of the European Union – please check individual product pages for information and note that if you order from outside the European Union you might have to pay customs taxes. Artisans are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are sure that you will be happy when you receive the products you buy from Saberio. However if you are not completely happy with your purchase then you have 14 days to return it (in its original condition and packaging) for a refund or exchange.
Products that have been made to order are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they have arrived damaged or broken.
Refunds include the original cost of delivery and payment charges but unless an item arrived damaged or broken, you will be responsible for the return delivery cost. Products are your responsibility until they reach the artisan again so please ask for proof of postage.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item please log into your Customer Account and ask for a return from there. Choose the order or products you want to return and specify the reason for the return so we can arrange for you to send the products directly back to the artisan.
Please note: Saberio does not guarantee any products for sale on the site and is not responsible or liable for their condition. Artisans are responsible for their own products and when you make a transaction on the Saberio site you are entering into an agreement with the artisan who created the product.
